At our production facility in Mason, WV, you can get a unique look at how we grow plants from soil, to seeding, to transplanting finished product. You’ll get an inside look at the people and technology that makes growing plants on a massive scale possible.
Adult Tour Groups
Garden Clubs, Master Gardeners, and more. Come out and join us for a stroll through the production building and greenhouse. Tours typically take 1-2 hours depending on the season. You’ll learn how we create our own growing media from raw ingredients, sow seeds, and transplant the beautiful plants you can find at our store locations. We also recommend stopping by the West Virginia State Farm Museum or the shops in downtown Pomeroy, OH.
Middle School, High School, and College
From middle school science, to high school agriculture classes and university programs, we can tailor your visit to meet the educational goals of your class. Also, if you have a greenhouse program, we can supply you with partial plug trays at wholesale rates. We work with many schools that supplement their program funding by hosting spring plant sales.
Elementary School & Younger
Due to safety concerns, we are unable to offer tours during business hours at our production facility for kids. However, we can schedule tours after hours. Since the facility is not in operation after hours, we can prepare an area to let the kids transplant their own seedling to take home!
Virtual Tours
If you can’t make it to a tour, let us bring the tour to you. Using our RingCentral video meeting system, we can let your group join a guided, interactive tour virtually. Once you have scheduled a tour, we will email you a meeting link to share with your viewers.
