We employ a large seasonal workforce to grow the beautiful, high-quality plant products we all enjoy. We will accept applications at anytime.  You might note, however, that most of our hiring takes place from December through January each year.

Print it on white 8½" x 11" paper. Complete ALL portions of the application pertaining to you. Bring it to any one of our retail store locations or our main office located in Mason, WV. If you do not have access to a printer, we have copies of the application available at our main office and in our retail store locations.

If a hiring manager is interested in your application you will hear by phone from him/her directly.

What we are looking for in Our People :

Our expectation is to have an efficient operation with a friendly and attentive staff. We consider each employee an important representative. We are looking to employ people who are friendly, cheerful with customers and visitors as well as fellow employees, can work as a team, are self-starters, and hard workers. Each employee is highly visible to our guests and customers. Therefore, we insist that each employee present a neat and clean appearance. Our standards are high and we expect employees to meet those standards. The average work day is about 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week. You should understand that we are a horticultural business and a significant number of our job positions are seasonal in nature.

Bob's Market and Greenhouses, Inc. is a Drug and Alcohol Free workplace. In order to work at Bob's you will be required to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test. You will also be required to give us permission to perform a background check.

Drug and alcohol testing will remain in place throughout your employment. For reasonable suspicion/probable cause situations and accidents/incidents requiring medical attention beyond first-aid, employees will be tested for drug use.

For our CDL truck drivers, they are subject to all DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, inclusive of random testing.
